We want you to love your new gear, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Rock Luggage purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware is protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
